How Do You Make 3D Origami?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the method for making 3D origami can vary depending on the type of origami you are using. However, a basic method for creating 3D origami using paper is to start by folding a sheet of paper into a square. Next, you will need to create a series of smaller squares by dividing the original square into four equal parts. You can then fold each of the smaller squares into triangles, and then fold each triangle in half to create smaller triangles.

How to make a 3D origami frog fast:

  1. Start with a sheet of square paper, any size.
  2. Fold the paper in half diagonally, then unfold.
  3. Fold each corner to the center.
  4. Turn the paper over.
  5. Fold each corner to the center again.
  6. Flip the paper over and fold it in half.
  7. Unfold the paper.
  8. Crease the fold in the center of the paper.
  9. Fold the paper in half again.
  10. Now fold the left corner up to the right edge.
  11. Repeat on the right corner.
  12. Your paper should now look like a triangle.
  13. Fold the top of the triangle down to the bottom.
  14. Flip the paper over and repeat.
  15. Your paper should now look like a square.
  16. Fold the top of the square down to the bottom.
  17. Now tuck the flap underneath.

  1. Choose a simple model to start with. There are many simple 3D origami models available online, and these are a good way to learn the basic techniques.
  2. Don’t be afraid to experiment. 3D origami is a very flexible art form, and you can create your own designs by experimenting with different shapes and colors.
