How do I Print out an invoice?

To print an invoice, first open the program containing the invoice so you can see it fully on your screen.

On a PC:
Then select File from the upper menu bar, then Print from the drop-down menu. You will then be taken to the print screen, where you can choose the printer you want to use, the number of copies you want, and whether you want to print in color or black and white. Then select Print.

On a Mac:
Select File from the upper menu bar, then Print from the drop-down menu. You will then be taken to the print screen, where you can choose the printer you want to use and the number of copies you want. Then select Print.

How Do You Email an Invoice?

-Open your email program

-In the To: field, type in the email address of the person to whom you are sending the invoice

-Click on the Attach button

-Click on the Desktop

-Click on the Select Files button

-Find the saved invoice on your desktop and click on it

-Click on the Open button

-Click on the Send button.

How Do You Create a PDF of an Invoice?

With the invoice open on your computer, go to File > Print. In the window that pops up, select Adobe PDF from the left-hand side menu, and then click the Print button. When the PDF converter window opens, select the Quality tab. In the Output options section, make sure that the Optimize for compatibility with Acrobat 6.0 (orAcrobat 7.0) setting is selected. Click the OK button to create the PDF.

Date of the invoice

Description of the services or products you are invoicing for Total amount owed

payment terms (due date, etc.)

Any other relevant information

You should also have a payment terms section on your invoice which outlines when payment is due, and any late payment penalties that may apply.
